Dear Agents:

A lot of agents have been asking me the same questions recently, so here are a few reminders:

1.  Direct Deposit 

• We do the direct deposit on Monday’s and Thursday’s.
• It is sent out of our bank on Monday’s and Thursday’s, depending on who you bank with will depend on when the money will show in your bank account. I am unsure of how long it takes for each bank.
• In order to be paid on Monday you must turn in a completed file no later than 12 PM Friday.
• In order to be paid on Thursday you must turn in a completed file no later than 12 PM Wednesday.
• This includes the commission check.

2.  Broker Signatures

• If you are missing any signatures, Scott included, you are responsible for getting that signature. I cannot get it for you.

3.  Scan/Fax

• You may scan and fax/email files to the office. We do not need originals.
• If the file is too large to fax or email, then upload to www.box.net and share the file with me by email. It keeps the file on the internet on a secure website for me to access.

4.  Double Sided

• If you handle both the listing and the buyer, I only need one copy of each form, with all signatures.
• There is a CLOSED listing & Buyer Checklist on the agent lounge.

• For example: I only need one copy of the real estate contract, but with all signatures.

Can I send all my paperwork to the office staff (Evie or Brittany) to have them get it to Scott to sign it and then they can scan and email it back to me?

How do I get the ARA forms downloaded on my computer?

For a house that I am buying, do I need to do an IRS.  There won't be any, buying it "as is".

If we are incorporated and have our commissions issued to our company, can we do the same with our residuals?  I got an Exit Credit card in the mail, but have plenty of credit cards and would just as soon not activate it if I don't have to.  Wayne Lee
